January 13, 2005 Bulldog Barn Hi Michelle, Hope you are doing well! We wanted to write to express how happy we are with our puppy Bella, as well as the overall experience in dealing with you and your company the Bulldog Barn. We did our homework and research on bulldogs for almost a year. Throughout the process we became very well versed on the breeder scams that exist out there on the web. We also learned a lot about potential health issues that are associated with this breed due to negligent breeders. All this negative info almost turned us toward a different type of dog, but after finding your website, and eventually meeting you, all of our concerns and worries were laid to rest. We were surprised at how welcoming and accessible you were throughout the entire process. The frequent emails and pictures of our puppy before she arrived were very fun to see and also assured us we had made the right decision. We were also so happy that you helped us out after we brought our puppy home. This was our first puppy and boy did we have questions! Thanks so much for all the advice and for always getting back to us so quickly. You are a true bulldog expert and your help once we had our Bella home was invaluable. Bella is almost a year now and she is a beautiful, healthy, and well tempered dog. She's doing tricks, loves to play and is especially gentle and great with our nieces and nephews. When we go out of town there is never a shortage of people who volunteer to dog-sit for us. We just love her and we have you to thank!!! We love our Bella and have enclosed some pictures.
